职位描述: 1、协助销售总监与大客户进行沟通交流； 2.协助销售总监与销售人员进行销售数据的输入、维护、汇总； 3、进行销售成本核算，提供商务报表及部门销售业绩的统计、查询、管理；4、依据统计整理的数据资料，向主管提交参考建议与方案，用于改善经营活动； 5、整理公司订单，合同的执行并归档管理； 6、协调公司其他部门做好售后服务工作； 7、销售部内部收支、往来账核对等账目处理； 8、此职位直接向销售总监汇报； 任职资格: 1、市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上同类型工作经验； 2.善用英语，书写及口语表达能力较强； 3、具有水处理工作或机电工程方面经验者优先考虑； 4、对市场营销工作有较深刻了解； 5、了解统计软件的使用； 6、熟练操作办公软件和办公自动化设备； 7、坦诚、自信，高度的工作热情； 8、有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神； 9、较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力； 10、可接受偶尔出差。 Job description 1, to assist the DB director communicate with the key customers; 2，to assist the DB director and sales personnel input, maintenance, aggregate sales data; 3,cost accounting, to provide business reporting and statistics of sales department, query, management; 4,on the basis of statistical data, to the competent suggest solutions, for the improvement of business operations; 5,collected order, contract enforcement and archive management; 6, to coordinate the company to customer service, internal revenue service work; 7, account checking of department; 8,report director of department. Qualifications and Work Experience 1, marketing or related professional college education，min 3 years similar position work experience; 2, use of English, oral and written expression ability; 3, water treatment or Mechanical Engineering Industry work experience ; 4, the market sale job has deeper understanding; 5, understand the use of statistical software; 6, familiar with office software and office automation equipment; 7, honest, self-confidence, passion for work; 8, a good team spirit, professionalism; 9, strong powers of observation and strain capacity, good sense and communication skills; 10,accept occasional business trip. |
